Expected another beautiful day today but instead woke up to grey skies and rain. Silly us relying on Meteo France to be able to forecast the weather for the next day.
It wouldn't be so bad, but as they were all empty most of the water butts were disconnected for cleaning, so we didn't manage to collect much of the rain during the night. On the upside though, no watering for us tonight, and we were able to push some stakes into the ground in the vegetable patch so the rest of the peas and tomatoes are now supported.
The downside to not watering though is that we can't use our nettle fertiliser. The smell from the nettle fertiliser is eye-watering, even at 10 or 15m. Superb!
